Chieko Kinbara - A Espera LP

Straight out of Tokyo comes the debut album for 'A Espera' from the stringstress and master of the violin and cello 'Chieko Kinbara'.

Originally classicallly trained and a member of the Tokyo philharmonic orchestra, Chieko found solace in Tokyo club land and broke away to cultivate her own sound - a fusion of dynamic classical strings, latin and world beats and soulful melodies all melted together with her distinctive bow of delights.

Produced by up and coming producer Yashushi Ide from Lonesome Echo Production, he brings in Brazilian vocalist Liliana Chachain from Da-lata, Negrocan and Arakatuba for the title track 'A Espera' and 'O Sorriso Da Vida' for a dreamy summer landscape with Liliana's vocal drama.

Unfortunately, all Chieko Kinbara titles have now been deleted from the Disorient catalogue
